This was a new guy to the marina, only saw him a few times. A final thing I found out - he told everyone at the marina that he teaches sometimes at Club Nautique (!). Here I am always telling people they should take lessons before they buy a boat, and look at the caliber of instructor who is out there! I don’t know yet what my potential recourse is.
